Sprayer

**Position**: Sprayer

We are currently looking for a sprayer to fully finish veneered doors using our 2 part cellulose based lacquering system along with priming of frames and other various joinery related products.

This will be the main priority of the job role, but as we are a small company at times you may be required to help out with the team on the special door division, which would include helping out on the egdebander or sanding machine and on occasions the press, but training would be provided for these tasks.

The Sprayer will operate a sprayer and will also be responsible for cleaning up the spray area. The Sprayer will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and ensuring that all safety standards are met.

**Essential Functions**:

- Operate sprayer and clean up area.
- Check all safety standards are met.
- Ensure all chemicals are stored in safe area.
- Maintain proper labelling of chemicals on containers.
- Follow proper handling of chemicals and proper disposal of used chemicals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete weekly maintenance sheet.
- Keep work area clean and organized.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions in a manner that ensures accuracy and consistency of product quality and performance. Ability to use a calculator, tape measure, level, etc..etc..to determine quantities, weights, proportions, etc..as required for job function.

**Salary**: £10.50-£12.00 per hour
