**Job responsibilities would include**:

- Detail-focused document organizing and checking abilities.
- Ability to understand and follow process.
- Work closely with document control team to deliver work to the project milestones.
- Ensuring all documentation meets formal QA requirements to our internal and client standards.
- Sorting, storing and recording all project documentation.
- Conducting regular reviews and document audits of document control records.
- Updating and maintaining document management systems and physical records.
- Assisting employees with accessing documents through our document management systems.
- Time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks.
