Becoming a Logistics Officer with Capita Electronic Monitoring Service:
As a Logistics Officer based our site in Knowsley, you will be responsible for maintaining levels of resources and monitoring equipment for all field operations. This role is crucial in the operation of our field team and ensuring our service runs smoothly.

Working hours are 6am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. Excluding Weekends. Opportunity for overtime.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Daily management of equipment to & from suppliers.
- Collate daily requirements from home based field officers, agreeing and planning quantity of dispatches.
- Daily/weekly audit of equipment & consumable items
- Ensure that agreed stock levels are achieved and maintained in all Field Service Areas and by all home-based FMOs
- Collate daily requirements for Field Monitoring Officers, using faxed stock sheets.
- Agree and plan quantity to be dispatched
- Complete and communicate a daily dispatch plan with the logistics Field Line Manager
- Use logistics company’s systems to place orders for dispatch to and pick and pack orders ready for collection
- Receive returns from logistics company and scan back into the systems
- Test equipment including HMU downloads - check for tampers, receipt, and returns to and from Field Monitoring Officers
- Maintain all relevant spreadsheets including weekly stock audit and the recording of HMU download, tampers, etc.

- Ability to use MS Office packages
- Experience of stores/logistics work
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Flexible and enthusiastic
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
