Forwarder - Air Freight

Air Freight Forwarder

We are working with a growing logistics company who combine different solutions to add value to their customers journey, operating in 45 countries around the world. They are searching Forwarder to join their Air freight team

Job Role:
To provide an excellent customer service experience for our customers including clearances, quotes, arranging shipment/deliveries, invoicing and all other functions
- Completion of end to end forwarding activities
- Follow strict deadlines to ensure compliance
- Ensure invoices, job costing are updated within the correct time frame
- Resolve any customer queries
- Remain in contact with customers and suppliers to maintain relationship
- Custom entries
- Assist senior forwarders when required
- Assist with customer development
