The Programme must ensure the data received into core financial crime systems are accurate, complete and timely, meeting the Group’s required standards. Data quality is the measure of the condition of data based on factors such as accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, uniqueness and integrity. - Working with your Chief Data Officer and Lead Data Architect to define the scope for data quality analysis and required outputs
- Liaise with the relevant AML Delivery Leads and Technology Leads to agree the approach for executing remedial activities and set up the Issue Management governance
- Provide appropriate DQ input to the BU/Function Data Management Councils.
- Develop the artefacts required to track remediation progress and ongoing monitoring of data quality performance. Set up the process for handing over data points to the BAU team for ongoing monitoring, once remediation is complete
**Stakeholder Management and Leadership**
- The role requires strong leadership skills and will involve interaction with individuals at all levels in Barclays Group.
- Requires excellent stakeholder management skills supported by strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are kept informed of key risks and issues, and that all relevant information is provided.
