**Sales Negotiator**

An innovative and enthusiastic independent estate agent is currently seeking a new Sales Negotiator to join the team

Property sales experience would be advantageous but is not essential, full training will be given where necessary.
- Booking in viewings and valuations
- Conducting viewings
- Office admin
- To assist in driving the business forward
- Achieving office targets
- Building relationships and communicating with potential customers and existing clients
- The ability to work under pressure, whilst remaining organised and focused
- You will have outstanding organisational skills

**Desirable Skills and Attributes**:
To succeed you will ideally have knowledge of the local area.

In addition, you will need:

- To be a good communicator with excellent telephone skills
- Hardworking and motivated
- Well-presented and articulate
- Possess a strong eye for detail
- To be IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft programmes
- To have a full UK driving license with use of own car for business purposes
- Have a passion for property

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Basic of £18,000 to £25,000 (dependent on experience) + team based commission structure
