Cook in Charge

**We are recruiting a Cook in Charge at Caerphilly County Borough Council.**

**Working hours**: 22.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 4.5 hours per day)
**Contract Type**:Fixed Term for 3 months, Part Time, Term Time Only
**Location**: Maesycwmmer Primary School

The Cook in Charge role reports to and is supported by the Operations Supervisor or Manager where, as a team we work together to provide nutritious and healthy meals to the children of the Borough whilst observing all food hygiene and safety regulations.

**For the role, we ask that you have**:

- A level 2 qualification in Food Safety
- An understanding of the role to perform duties effectively and efficiently
- The ability to exercise good judgement when dealing with issues that are of a sensitive nature.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13,768.56-£14,992.68 per year
