Factory Worker

**We are looking for Food Production Operative.**

**Pay rate from £9.50 up to £11.87 per hour + £ 1-night shift allowance per hour.**

**Location: Carlisle - Gavaghan and Gray CA1 3QN, Brunel House, Brunel Way.**

**Immediate start.**

**No experience is needed.**

**Night shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10pm-6am or Monday - Thursday 10pm-6am + Friday 8pm-3am.**

**Part-time: Saturday and Sunday - 6 or 12 hours shift.**
- Mach Recruitment is recruiting several Food Production Operatives to work in a large food production and distribution site in Carlisle.

**The role**:

- As a Food Production Operative, you will be working within a food production environment and your duties will be as followed:

- Packing of customer product as per required specification.
- Basic Quality checks of product.
- General production duties.
- Some lifting of product.
- Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
- To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
- This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the hygiene regulations at all times.
- General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

**About you**:

- As a Food Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

- Start immediately and are looking for long-term work.
- Previous experience is not needed.
- Able to work up to 8 or 12 hours per shift.
- You will be able to travel to Carlisle.
