As a Trainee Car Salesperson, you will be exposed to every facet of our dynamic car sales environment. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Vehicle Product Knowledge -** Engage hands-on with a diverse range of cars, learning about their features, benefits, and value propositions.

**Customer Interactions -** Work directly with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them to suitable car choices.

**Sales Techniques -** Learn the art of closing deals, managing objections, and building long-term customer relationships.

**Sales process -** Use various sales and inventory software to ensure an efficient compliance processes.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- Someone eager to dive into the world of car sales and the motor trade.
- Quick learner capable of grasping new concepts and technologies.
- Polite, with excellent interpersonal skills, building rapport with customers and teammates alike.
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated drive to succeed.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Computer literate with good numeric & literacy skills.
- Has held a full UK driving licence for at least one year.
