We know that our people are at the heart of what makes us a great place to work, and are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator to provide administrative support to our teams, as well as being the first point of contact for any visitors to our office in Washington.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to work within an excellent working culture, where you will utilise your organisational and time management skills to provide general administrative support to teams across the business. This will include:
- Managing our reception area and looking after visitors
- Answering phone calls, managing customer queries and transferring as relevant
- Managing office supplies
- Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments
- Assisting in planning and arranging events, scheduling meetings and booking rooms as required
- General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing etc
We are looking for a strong all-round administrative professional for this role, who is able to manage multiple tasks at one time and who has excellent attention to detail. In addition to having strong administration skills, you will ideally have prior reception / customer service experience, in addition to strong IT skills with particular proficiency in MS Office programmes.
