**Duties**:

- Liaise with all areas of the marketing operation team to promote apprentice career opportunities and generate ideas for recruitment of new apprentices and attracting school leavers to the business
- Manage the administration for the day-to-day operations and future calendar planning of apprentice programs for the business
- Support and maintain client relationships with training partners within the apprentice program
- Work with the marketing team and UK dealer panels to develop a unique UK marketing strategy to attract new technicians to join the dealer network
- Assist in the development and administration of the apprentice program in all areas to include Technical, Commercial Parts development & subsequent
- Monitor welfare for all apprentices to ensure all required training equipment and procedures are in place

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Problem solver and ability to work under own initiative
- IT skills including Excel and Microsoft systems
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeships and graduate programmes would be preferable
