At the Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team, a group of passionate and determined people work to design, develop, manufacture and race the cars driven by seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton and rising star George Russell.

The Team has set a new benchmark for Formula One success during the sport’s current Hybrid era, winning consecutive Drivers’ and Constructors’ World Championships in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020, and the Constructors’ Championship in 2021.

**The role**:
A vacancy has arisen for a Partner Co-ordinator within the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team.

The role is based out of the team headquarters in Brackley UK and requires periods of international travel.

**What we are looking for**:
We are a team dedicated to constant improvement and need driven and passionate individuals who demand the best from themselves and are willing to work across the marketing team to learn and gain experience.

Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a ‘can do’ team attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand Partners businesses, short and long-term Partnership objectives and working with team members to align these with a marketing activation strategy-
- Attend Partner meetings to build rapport with key stakeholders, understand Partnership status, document and report outcomes-
- Manage the daily communication and coordination with select Partners-
- Assist in the planning and development of creative activation ideas relevant to partnerships and specific objectives - including the research and creation of presentations and briefing documents-
- Work collaboratively with Partner agencies and internal parties to plan and execute across all areas of Partnership activation including:- Driver PR days & Management appearances-
- Communication activity-
- Events & hospitality at track and the factory-
- Branding-
- Case studies-
- Capture and report on activation delivery, documenting results and how they align to Partnership objectives-
- Management and documentation of activation approvals-
- Support the Partner Services team on a range of administrative tasks including, rights delivery tracking, status report management, project planning, event scheduling and budgeting-
- Assist the Partner Services team and wider Marketing Operations Department in the planning and delivery of factory, off-site, and trackside activity-
- Support senior members of the Marketing Operations team on the wider delivery of contractual rights and event delivery**Additional Key Skills & Experience**:
- Relationship building-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint-
- Language skills are desired but not essential-
