**Payroll Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the payroll department by handling data input and maintaining accurate records in our payroll software
- Utilise your knowledge of payroll, specifically PAYE, to ensure accurate processing of payments
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, organising documents, and responding to client inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure a seamless and efficient payroll process
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving
- Uphold our values of honesty and transparency in all interactions with clients and colleagues
- Work closely with the Managing Director to align customer service initiatives with company objectives

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, specifically PAYE
- Excellent data handling skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Customer service-oriented mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
