- Job Reference Number: COM061022We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage broker to work out of Seymours Estate Agents’ busy office on the outskirts of Woking. We have worked with this office for 5 years and they have a proven track record of delivering quality leads. You will also have access to the overflow of leads from the 5 other Seymours Estate Agents offices that we currently deal with.

We also have a large number of existing client mortgage reviews every month, of which you will receive a share (typical conversion is 80% to 90% of all reviews).

The role is full time, from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. As an adviser, you would be expected to work additional hours where business dictates.

The basic salary is £30,000 to £33,000 basic per year, dependent upon experience, with a realistic OTE of £50,000 to £70,000 (full details available upon request). You will be entitled to 22 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays.
