**Job Summary**

Harnall Lifehouse in Coventry is a 80 bed Lifehouse which houses men and women aged 25+ who have complex needs,
we also have the capacity to take couples into the service.

We are looking for a day Concierge to work on site Monday to Friday from 4pm to 8pm.

The role of Concierge provides assistance with housing management functions at the Lifehouse and is the first point of contact for everyone accessing our services.

As Concierge you are pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services are delivered.

You should understand and work within the mission and values of The Salvation Army, acting in a professional and ethical way at all times when representing the organisation.
- Two or more GCSE’s including English and Maths or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service
- Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages
