We are looking for an experienced and successful Senior Sales Development Representative to join ourSales team.

Working closely with the Chief Sales Officer, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a lead role in the UK, as well as grow and lead a small team of SDRs.

You will be a collaborative team player looking to coach developing talent in your team through mentoring and close support, whilst keeping close attention on your own targets as an individual contributor.
- 2-3 years’ professional experience in securing B2B leads, ideally for a fast-paced innovative technology firm with a disruptive service/product
- A capable and collaborative future-leader, keen and able to impart knowledge and guidance to your inexperienced team of SDRs.
- A keen interest in the cybersecurity industry
- Willingness to work anti-social hours at busier times
- Cross-team collaboration with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation, adaptable, enjoys prospecting challenges and delivering results
- Calmness under pressure, maintaining a diplomatic manner even when being challenged
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

It would be great if you have the following (but these are non-essential):

- A background in technology/engineering
