Due to increase in workload, we are recruiting for a Horizontal Borer to join a diverse client in a medium to heavy engineering environment on a permanent basis.

Due to volume of work, there is a large amount of Overtime available in this role all paid at premium rates to significantly increase earning potential.

Hours - Monday - Friday 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM
- Experience working within a machine shop environment machining of both fabricated and cast components to fine tolerances in either single or batch quantities and in a variety of steel grades.
- The ability to manipulate a CNC Horizontal Borer using Fanuc Controls
- The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings. overhead crane operating experience
- Ideally Time-served
- Demonstrable experience operating a CNC Controlled Horizontal Borer working to very tight tolerances
- Must be able to programme your own work using Fanuc.
