To support the QSI/IR(ME)R Lead with the implementation of the Quality Standard for Imaging (QSI) in the Imaging Department.

To be responsible for carrying out the required administrative and facilitation tasks to support the standard and accreditation processes.

To support Imaging Governance processes and meetings.

To be a point of contact for departments outside of Imaging who use ionising and non-ionising radiation as part of their routinework.

To understand the requirement and timescales of the QSI and the accreditation process and to ensure all tasks are completed in an efficient and accurate manner.

As administrator to the Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust web-based assessments on the UKAS website, be responsible for maintaining the access and passwords of the service users.

After accreditation, ensure all documents reported to UKAS are relevant, by checking records, compliance with policy and observing standards of interactions with patients, service users and other staff - reporting any findings to the QSI/ IR(ME)R to take any action required.

To be responsible for maintaining the service’s audit and outcome measure programme, issuing reminders to responsible persons/Leads that outcome measures are due, and feeding the results into the required meetings.

To set up, facilitate, and record the minutes of QSI meetings, and Policy Review Group meetings and ensure all agendas, minutes, actions etc are sent out in a timely manner.

To oversee the service’s controlled documents, issuing reminders to document owners when they require updating and formatting and editing document changes as required.
