**Job Summary**:
This vacancy is within a small team who provide support 24/7 to a gentleman in his early fifty's. 'David' enjoys going out for long walks, swimming, bike riding and day trips out. Even though he has varied interests, we would be looking for a creative and energetic Support Worker to encourage 'David' to attend more social clubs, participate in different activities and develop his interests.
'David' is looking for a supportive staff team that understands his needs. A staff team that are kind to him and someone who can provide consistency, continuity, and predictability - to minimise anxiety.
A degree of personal care support will be provided, such as support with toilet, bathing, and shaving. He also requires assistance to visit medical appointments, arrange prescriptions, administering medication and assistance to ensure a balanced nutritious diet.

**Shift Patterns**:
This position will include working alternative weekends and bank holidays. Shift times are 07:00-14:30 and 14:30-10:00. This will be discussed with you during the interview process, and you will be matched to the person we support in line with hours and patterns of shifts you are able to work.
