**_How would you like to join Foundation as a Housing Support Worker?_**

As a Housing Support Assistant within our Resettlement and Community Safety Scheme (RACS), you’ll support our clients by promoting their independent living skills. You’ll work with your colleagues to ensure our properties are maintained and checks are completed.

**So, do you have:
- Experience of keeping up with admin tasks and managing files
- Understanding of working with people facing housing issues / homelessness and mental health challenges
- Knowledge or the desire to learn about checks our properties need to be safe
- The emotional resilience to work with challenging behaviours
