To provide administrative support to the Guernsey Compliance Team, thereby supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations.

Join a dynamic team as a Compliance Administrator. In this role, you will assist the Team in playing a pivotal part in ensuring regulatory compliance and minimising risks within the business, being part of a team dedicated to operational efficiency and regulatory excellence.

You will take on diverse responsibilities as the role will involve administrative tasks such as screening/client searches, maintenance of compliance files including scanning and filing of original key due diligence documents, maintenance of compliance registers, assist with the Compliance Monitoring Programme and various other tasks to support the wider Compliance Team, Head of Compliance and MLRO.

Your skills and experience

As an integral member of the Compliance Team, you will provide essential support for various compliance-related tasks and have the following skills/experience:

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with CDD, Risk Screening tools and NavOne are advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- Organised and able to work both as part of a team as well as on their own initiative toward specific targets and objectives, with a high attention to detail.
