What we are looking for someone who has:

- The ability to demonstrate flexibility, sound work ethics and integrity
- Diligent timekeeping & Good time management - able to prioritise and manage work loads
- Self-starter and has the ability to work on their own, but is also able to integrate into a team
- To demonstrate competence once trained and/or probationary periods have been completed
- Highly focused and able to repeat tasks accurately and diligently
- Meticulous, detailed, accurate and thorough
- Knowledge of basic Quality Systems, applicable Regulatory Requirements and Industry Standards - proven quality experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in order to communicate confidently with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office and SAP (where applicable)
- Authority to Quarantine NC and/or recommend stopping a production process that is producing NC Work.
- Promotes a team culture (team leadership and interpersonal skills)
- Fosters knowledge and information sharing through effective written and verbal communication
- Flexibility to support requirement of the role.

What day-to-day looks like at AMANN;
- Receipts, prepares and conducts inspection & physical analysis of in-process GT and Dye Pack according to established training, Procedures, Work Instructions and test methods.
- Records, inputs and reports on periodic inspection of all products and processes within designated AUK QC inspection function(s)
- Assesses the quality of, and determines the responsibility and disposition for, products and/or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications by performing analytical and statistical studies
- Provides prompt and accurate feedback of test data in various formats
- Ensures records of inspection and test analysis is retained and readily retrievable in accordance with company, local, national, international and customer requirements
- Participates in programs for improvement including root-cause identification, corrective and preventative action(s), risk-assessment and Continuous Improvement (as appropriate)
- Supports (where applicable) the development, establishment, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)
- Promotes Quality being “built into the product” at each stage of manufacture.
- Ensures compliance to specified quality requirements by conducting and supporting Internal/External Audits and surveys with internal and external auditors (where applicable)
- Attend applicable meetings, discuss, agree and action internal/external quality issues (as appropriate)
- Ensures the QC Inspection area is kept as a suitable place for inspection/testing
- Ensures only calibration and maintained inspection and test equipment is used
- Ensures product identification and traceability is maintained throughout the QC Inspection (and company) process
- Complies with all Health, Safety, Quality and work rules and regulations
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Quality Leadership to support the Quality Function
