We have a great opportunity available for an Application Lead to take responsibility for the management and development of our education systems at Norfolk County Council.

Norfolk County Council is the main local authority for Norfolk providing services county wide to Norfolk residents. We take a lead in critical policy areas, and we work in partnership with local businesses, voluntary organisations and other local authorities to provide the people of Norfolk with excellent services.

This role sits within our Digital Services - Social Care & Education Systems team, who are responsible for the 24/7 operation and development of the business-critical systems our staff in Adult Social Services and Children’s Services use to record their casework. The remit of the role encompasses education case management systems, and a range of portals that we provide so that Norfolk schools and parents can interact with us about critical issues such as attendance and admissions.
