**The Company**:Established IFA firm looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their back-office team in support of two Financial Advisers. A truly independent advice firm who adopt a personal, tailored approach to financial planning.
- **Office Location**: Doncaster
- **Hybrid/Home Working**: Yes - Home/office working split following a successful probation period

**Package**: £25-28k base + annual bonus and full company benefits:

- 25 days holiday + stats, pension, 4xDIS as well as free parking on site and full study support to Diploma/Chartered, as required
- Standard hours: 9am-5pm (Flexible working available)

**The Role**:A broad wealth administration support role geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers, working in HNW private wealth advice. Responsibilities include:

- Analysing and assisting with research for compiling Financial Planning reports
- Handling client queries wherever possible for the Advisers
- Servicing existing clients by providing valuations and portfolio updates as and when required
- Send letters of authority and gather accurate information
- Provide an efficient and friendly point of contact for clients and providers
- Maintaining client records
- Processing of adviser commissions

**The Person**:Must hold adviser support experience and be working in the private client advice space currently:

- Will be highly organised and technically astute across the private wealth advice space inclusive of investment, pensions, protection and IHT planning advice
- Hold new/existing business processing experience
