Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a Retail Development Manager for a well established business. This role is hybrid working, based at their Manchester Head Office.

The role of Retail Development Manager is to be responsible for the efficient operational running of their UK Retail Stores to enable them to implement their vision of Delivering a First-Class Customer Experience. This position requires a values driven individualto instil a culture of great relationships between stores, the retail support team, brand teams, and external contacts including landlords, suppliers and retail site management.

As a commercial individual from a retail background, the Retail Development Manager identifies how to improve sales and KPIs during store visits and confidently articulates their views and adapts communication style as needed for different audiences, includingthe UK Retail Stores Leadership Team, internal/external teams and property contacts.

The Role:

- Support in maximising efficiency Across Stores
- Support in maximising sales Across UK Retail Stores
- Property Opportunities Identified and the contracts then managed
- Suitable retail units sourced when needed for new store openings, liasing with Site Management & Landlords
- Liaise with internal and external parties to manage and negotiate contract terms, lease dates, necessary changes, ensuring P&L adherance
- Project Manage Shop Refits & Store Changes
- Appropriate maintenance and shop fits carried out where necessary identified through store feedback and visits
- Create strong working relationships with the Senior Leadership Team, UK Store Management team, Internal Teams including Marketing & External relationships including those with Landlords & Site Management.
