Head Barista

**JOB TITLE - Head Barista**

**We’ve got an exciting opportunity to join team Grow working for our Coffee House in Cullompton We are looking for positive confident individuals with barista experience to be part of Devon’s love of coffee.**

Grow Coffee House was created to be space where people can meet, relax and enjoy some good coffee. Now with 2 locations, Grow Coffee House is looking for like-minded, hardworking and passionate individuals to join our journey as a Head Barista.

We are looking for individuals who:
**- Have a passion for coffee**

**- Strong barista skills - **_**Experience working on professional coffee machine and strong latte art ability is a requirement**_

**- Enthusiasm and positive attitude**

**- Excellent communication skills and strong work ethic**

**- Have at least 1 or more years’ experience as a barista**

**- Have experience with managing staff/sites**

**- Be flexible with schedule (weekdays and weekends)**

LOCATION - Cullompton

SALARY - £21,000 + plus performance related bonuses, 28 days holiday (including bank hols)

HOURS - 42.5hrs per week (including 5 shifts front of house) plus additional duties out of trading hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
