This opportunity is a Customer Warehouse Operative role with a difference At Huboo, we are an e-commerce fulfilment company. We are rapidly growing and need excellent people to join our growing business working in our online retail support team This is an exciting time at Huboo, and you will be joining an amazing team with fast-track progression opportunities and a great working environment.

We are a young technology led ecommerce fulfilment company, focused on helping online sellers grow their business by providing global fulfilment, we are VC funded and continue to grow at a rapid pace.
You will be joining a young and dynamic team in our warehouse in Bristol. We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm, a focused mind and a “Can Do” attitude.
**Key responsibilities for a Warehouse Operative - Customer Based role at Huboo**:
This is no ordinary online retail role dealing with customers We are looking for a driven individual to take on the task of supporting our clients and making them the best they can be:

- Building strong client relationships and taking ownership of specific clients
- Always provide an excellent client service
- Working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Processing and shipping orders for your client’s online shops
- Oversee booking new products in and making sure your client’s merchandise and business is running smoothly
- Showing excellent attention to detail always to ensure your clients orders are correct Processing all customers orders and making sure they are packed and sent out on time and in line with the client’s brand guidelines
- Working with autonomy and accountability ensuring you make the right decisions for clients and communicate this positively.
**Requirements**:
**Experience and skills needed for a Warehouse Operative - Customer Based role at Huboo**:

- Due to the nature of the role it is essential that you can think on your own, are organised, and willing to take on some responsibility_
- Customer based experience desired but not essential
- The ability to think on your feet
- Commitment to always work hard and give 100%
- Able to work on your own and as a team
- A curious thinker, problem solver with a creative edge
- The ability to build strong relationships, listen and understand your colleagues and clients
- You will need to be forward thinking; we do not want someone who will settle for the status quo, new ideas are certainly encouraged

Founded in 2017, Huboo was created by e-commerce sellers for e-commerce sellers. Martin Bysh (CEO) and Paul Dodd (CTO) found that the demands and struggles that came with picking, packing, and shipping their products was becoming impossible. They considered outsourcing their fulfilment but could not find a company that allowed them to remain in the driving seat of their growing business.
Paul and Martin soon created Huboo’s unique Hub Model.
