Non-contentious Solicitor/associate

TSR Legal are looking for a non-contentious construction lawyer to join our client’s national Construction team. The team continues to act for a wide range of clients on a varied portfolio of projects spanning sectors including retail, energy and finance.This is an opportunity to get involved in high quality, complex work, building a really firm foundation in construction and engineering contracts and to gain valuable experience.
You will be based in a supportive and friendly team, and be able to work closely with the partners and other lawyers within the team and beyond, giving you a more rounded perspective. You will be involved in a variety of work and will have the opportunityto build your expertise in a number of key sectors. You will be joining a team with a genuinely national approach, so although you will have a "base" location, you will have the opportunity to work with the full wider non-contentious construction team.

You’ll be expected to be involved in business development and you will be encouraged to participate in networking and marketing activities. Our client is highly sector and client focussed, so spending time in the business community and getting to know andunderstand the clients you support will be part and parcel of your general role.
It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

We are looking for someone with the potential to become a big name in construction - so you will demonstrate talent, ambition and a real interest in non-contentious construction work. You may have built up some experience to be able to manage some work withmínimal supervision, or you may have several years more experience and join us as an Associate.
