We are seeking experienced **Group Travel Coordinator** due to remarkable growth in travel to join a highly successful and forward thinking travel company. London office based, hybrid or fully remote roles are available.

If you are from a group travel background and have business travel or leisure experience seeking something a little different this is the role for you.

This exciting and varied role requires a team player with excellent relationship, communication and commercial skills, who will develop industry leading relationships.

**Group Travel Coordinator Duties**:

- Working on a range of group travel projects to ensure client service satisfaction, perform to agreed client service level agreements.
- Create group and individual travel reservations and accurately input data into internal software systems.
- Negotiate best fares with suppliers as well as flexible terms and conditions.
- Researching fares.
- Maintain client focus at all times and demonstrate excellent service levels.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in the travel industry is key either in leisure or business travel.
- Experience of working in a groups team preferred but not essential.
- GDS experience is essential.
- Excellent fare and ticketing knowledge including Published, Net, Group, and Consolidator fares.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent geographical and airline schedule knowledge.
