**Location**: Brightspace, Ipswich - with blended working and regular travelling around the county is required

**Salary**: £27,610 FTE - £13,805 Actual

**Start date**: As soon as possible

**About us**

Community Action Suffolk (CAS) is a well-established and highly regarded infrastructure organisation for the Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) sector. Our mission is to strengthen and champion community action in Suffolk by supporting the VCSE sector in its work.

**About the role**

We are seeking a Financial Sustainability Officer to join our friendly team to support the VCFSE sector to become more financially sustainable and resilient.

Maybe you have a background in finance, funding or fundraising and are looking to share your skills and knowledge with others?

You will provide specialist financial sustainability support to a wide range of VCFSE organisations and groups. You will support them to understand their financial position, develop their case for support, and enable them to diversify income and become more financially resilient.

This role would suit a proactive person with sound business acumen, attention to detail and can do attitude. You will be a flexible communicator able to support a wide range of people from established organisations to start ups.
