We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual to participate in our 2-3-year apprentice programme to gain a Diploma (NVQ) in Wood Machining.

**What you can expect**:

- Rates of pay higher than national minimum apprenticeship rate;
- Working hours 38.5 per week (Monday to Friday);
- On-the-job training;
- Accredited training leading to a qualification;
- Personal skills development;
- Your own personal mentor.

**You will learn how to**:

- X-cut Timber to desired lengths;
- Saw timber to required sizes;
- Produce mouldings to detailed customer drawings.

**What we’re looking for**:
A National 5 (or equivalent) in Maths and English is preferable, however, more importantly, you will have a passion for learning, a desire to work in a practical hands-on role, a great work ethic and a real can-do approach to everything you do.
