**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop wholesale sales forecasts by brand and account prior to each sales campaign
- Schedule and coordinate wholesale appointments for each sales campaign, both digitally and in person
- Lead and conduct all wholesale appointments, ensuring key accounts and existing customers are prioritized
- Facilitate the timely processing of sales orders by providing retailers with necessary information
- Negotiate terms with retailers to protect brand interests and optimize sell-through guarantees and trade discounts
- Collect and organize wholesale orders in a format accessible to each brand
- Compile feedback from retailers and communicate it to brand partners
- Maintain accuracy and currency of the sales order overview
- Onboard new accounts efficiently and effectively
- Prepare and present end-of-season sales reports for internal and brand partner review
- Provide support to ensure timely shipment of orders
- Collaborate with PR, Marketing, and Comms teams to maximize sales opportunities
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities, including exclusives, capsules, and collaborations
- Monitor weekly sell-through reports and communicate insights to brands
- Foster strong relationships with brand partners through regular communication
- Maintain and secure the Master Database, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Manage wholesale files on Dropbox for easy access and navigation

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fashion wholesale, preferably in a commission-based role
- Strong understanding of wholesale sales processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and brand partners
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox
- Familiarity with fashion industry trends and dynamics

**Compensation**:

- Commission-based with rates ranging from 10% to 20% per sale
- Cash bonus incentives for achieving brand targets

**Job Type**: Freelance
