S Knights Recruitment is on the lookout for a dedicated and seasoned IT Apprenticeship Trainer to join our client. Your role will revolve around guiding and nurturing aspiring IT professionals, leveraging your expertise to deliver rich courses in Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician up to Level 5 to facilitate their learning journey.

The IT Apprenticeship Trainer will lead and execute apprenticeship programmes in Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician up to Level 5 throughout the UK. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of delivering Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician apprenticeship standards. As a trainer, you'll inspire and empower every individual in our apprenticeship programmes to thrive and excel. Mentoring learners during their work placements, you'll ensure a safe environment conducive to progress and learning.

This will be a permanent and full time position with remote delivery and travel to visit learners when required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and implement scheme of work and session plans as directed
- Deliver Functional Skills qualifications as part of the apprenticeship and maintain up to date records for each learner, adhering to internal protocols
- Keep electronic diaries meticulously updated and undertake any necessary duties to meet business needs
- Deliver the Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician apprenticeships up to level 5 effectively
- Conduct thorough initial assessments of learners and assess learner performance in workplace settings
- Foster employer engagement and curriculum alignment and conduct regular progress reviews to ensure timely completions
- Provide training in various formats, adapting to learner needs and arranging 1-to-1 support if required
- Champion inclusivity and high-quality learning experiences for all learners
- Uphold internal quality assurance standards for assessments
- Participate in identified training to enhance performance
- Maintain compliance through timely record-keeping

**Skills and Experience**
- An Assessors qualification such as CAVA or TAQA equivalent qualification
- Hold a teaching qualification such as AET, PTLLS, Certificate in Education or equivalent
- Relevant qualifications in Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions Technician up to Level 2
- Occupational competence working in the IT industry
- Ability to manage teaching and learning assessments and provide IAG via classroom and one-to-one delivery
- Proven knowledge of effective teaching, funding streams and requirements for the delivery of programmes and apprenticeship
