Job Title: Group Finance Manager
Location: Saltaire, BD18
Hybrid: 1 day a week from home

**Salary**: £38,000 to £45,000 + bonus scheme
This is a number one of Finance role for a group of companies in the music and merchandise industries. The group is complex and lots of moving parts. The role covers multiple sectors within the industry and whoever gets this job will be rewarded with a diverseportfolio of duties and experiences.
The role will be initially stand-alone reporting to the Managing Director. There will be scope over time to add headcount to your team.
You will get the opportunity to help modernise the finance and the controls. You'll be involved in strategic planning, forecasting and modelling new deals and contracts.
Duties
- Reconciling of various company bank accounts / Xero - making payments, raising invoices
- Credit control / debt chasing
- Overseeing submission of quarterly books for vat accounts to third party accountants
- Preparation and analysis of data to be submitted to third party royalty companies who will prepare royalty statements.
- overseeing and paying Expense claims
- analysing and approving agents commission statements
- Giving financial insight into how each company is run financially and looking at ways of improving them
About you:

- AAT qualified as a minimum
- Have experience using Xero and MS Excel
- Must come from a multi-company/subsidiary background
- Ideally from an owner managed business
- Must have worked with all aspects of accountancy from the bookkeeping to the advising on strategy and direction of travel
