A leading Food/Hospitality business is currently looking for a Head of FP&A to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity working for a growing business with currently over 200 sites across the UK.

Reporting directly into the CEO the role will be responsible for all FP&A activities across the group including:

- Working closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing, Group Finance Controller and Operations Directors. T
- Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as financial modelling for potential investment opportunities and commercial/sales analysis.
- Analysing sales and margin and inspecting and predicting future performance of the company including forecasting future revenues and expenditures, as well as modelling capital structure and budgeting.
- Keeping track of the Group's financial plan.
- Analysing the Group's performance, alongside changes and market trends.
- Managing a team of two.

You will be a qualified accountant with extensive experience leading an FP&A/Commercial team. Experience working for a consumer business would be beneficial.

In return you will receive a salary of between £100-130K depending on experience. The role will be hybrid working with one day per week in the office.
