What you’ll do:- Support the Lead UI Designer in shaping the day-to-day delivery and forward-looking UI direction of our products, ensuring it’s in line with the wider product and brand strategy.-
Working in cross-functional teams designing new features and products. Providing the ideal UI for our customers

Demonstrate a knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UI and technology trends and shape these into logical, coherent solutions that center around our customer’s needs.-
Help to maintain an efficient design delivery process, through regular clear communication with delivery teams.-
Execute UI Design work that adheres to best practice UCD and brand standards across Sky’s product portfolio.-
Work with stakeholder groups both within and outside the New Products team at product owner, and senior manager level.What you’ll bring:- 4+ years' experience within Product Design with a special focus on UI.

A proactive, self-driven individual that has an equally strong team ethos.-
Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to convey complex design concepts clearly to a variety of stakeholders within the organisation.-
Design for TV, games or interactive experiences is an advantage but not essential.

As obsessed with the finer detail as you are with the creative vision. Striving to deliver pixel perfect designs.-
Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Solid understanding of visual and user-centered design. A keen interest in current trends in design and communications and the ability to turn them into cutting edge realities.-
A love of prototyping to bring designs to life. Experience with After Effects and Motion Design for UI is a plus.-
Proficient with the latest tools and software such as Figma, Miro, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite.Team Overview:
