Digital Content Producer

The Associate Content Producer will manage creative projects end-to-end - from request to delivery. This role will work closely with editors, photographers and producers to support creation and delivery of assets as part of McCormick’s internal content production team, which services McCormick’s global family of EMEA brands, including Schwartz, Ducros, Vahiné, and Kamis.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Review briefs, assist in the creation of pre-production presentations (inclusive of style direction, storyboards, basic copywriting and recipes), and attend shoots to assist in ensuring that all elements are produced accordingly.
- Collaborate with producer to plan project timelines and manage designer capacity while monitoring multiple projects simultaneously (using a project tracking system). Ensure timely progress against key milestones - from brief to final delivery.
- Communicate proactively with internal clients, team members and agency partners to help remove barriers to project completion (clarify requests, follow-up on questions, perform simple research tasks, coordinate meetings, etc.).
- Work through the approvals process, ensuring feedback is clear and delivered in a timely manner.
- Upload final files to content management system and deliver approved work to internal and external clients.
- Assist in other studio tasks when needed - (acquiring products, ordering groceries for shoots, assisting in setup and takedown of film and lighting equipment, etc).
- Identify, gather, and purchase (when needed) props and surfaces for shoots when relevant.
- Contribute to an organized studio environment (e.g. regular studio sweeps to ensure all equipment is stored safely and in the proper location).
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A degree in Photography or relevant experience.
- Proven experience in shooting food photography with a portfolio of images.
- Flexible and positive mindset - internal deadlines and priorities are constantly changing.
- Team player - must work daily with other creatives to produce content together.
- Able to take constructive feedback and action on it in real time, to make changes to images.
- Proficiency with Adobe (Photoshop and Lightroom). Ability to retouch, edit and colour correct photos.
