**About The Role**:
TES are currently looking for an experienced SSOW Planner for our Doncaster office to work in our Possession Support Team.

This is a temporary position for 4 weeks with immediate start.

Rail Infrastructure
- PTS
- (S)PICOP
- COSS/IWA
- SSOW Planner

Responsibilities will include:
**Administration**
- Safe System of Work (SSOW) planning and duties.
- Plan the work in accordance with the priorities set by the Responsible Manager.
- Make sure all SSOW packs are authorised by a Responsible Manager and verified by a PIC.
- Send out SSOW packs.
- Re-plan any SSOW packs that have been rejected.
- Log the acceptance of verified SSOW packs.

**Management**
- Oversee planning of Safe System of Work (SSOW) packs
- Attend and chair meetings as required
- Maintain close working relationships with clients

**Compliance**
- Attend planning meetings and briefings.
- Assist with pre-possession planning, Line Blocks and SSOW in line with the hierarchy, e.g. paperwork, phone calls etc.
- Complete site visits to gain geographical knowledge on areas that are not familiar.
- Conduct/oversee site audits and safety briefings
- Act as responsible manager to the planner and authorise SSOW packs to required standards
- Ensure compliance to the 019 Standard
