**Engage are leading the industry with a pioneering new, self-employed, role, combining skills to make a hybrid agent who will be trained as a Resolution Officer conducting commercial water/utilities, and revenue protection work. All training and support will be provided, free of charge, for long-term progression. This exciting role will give flexibility and variety with everyday being different.**

**Resolution Officer**: Visiting commercial water jobs on behalf on major water retail clients to obtain payments for arrears, verify lease agreements for new occupiers, and if required to perform a temporary disconnection of the water supply (training given). Along with commercial utility work, interacting with the customer to resolve their account. Revenue protection site visits to both residential and commercial premises, to investigate any potential theft of gas or electricity by the customer, and again full training is given for this.

**Requirements for the Role**
- A full driving licence (not always required in central London areas)
- A ULEZ compliant vehicle (If working in the London ULEZ zone)
- A clean DBS
- A healthy credit history (we will consider adverse circumstances where arrangements have been entered to)
- Good organisation and time and route planning skills
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all customers and clients.
- To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims objectives and philosophy of the company.
- Proactively work towards all targets set.
- Identify and appropriately deal with all disputes in line with procedure.
- Be receptive and open to coaching and feedback to enhance performance delivery.
