An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join a highly regarded local, independent commercial brokerage as part of their well-established team in Wigan. Our client has a good long-standing client base across all commercial classes and pride themselves on the expert service they provide to customers.
As Commercial Account Handler, you will be responsible for servicing a wide range of existing client portfolios in the Commercial arena, including processing mid-term adjustments and dealing with cancellations and renewals in an efficient and timely manner. You will be a key point of contact in this role with all clients in the portfolio, as well as liaising with an approved panel of insurers.
This role will suit an individual with excellent all-round Commercial Account Handling experience, with sound technical knowledge across a range of commercial product lines.
Skills and Attributes Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Be well organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
- You will be joining a very settled team, so being able to work as part of a team is very important.
- Cert CII qualification or be willing to work towards.
