**The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our operations & DMC team in our new office in St. Andrews, Fife, Scotland. As an Operations Executive, you will primarily be responsible for putting together itineraries, making reservations, checking availability and communicating with our Tour Operator partners. You will also be responsible for making post booking adjustments and amendments, as well as providing a concierge service to our clients in resort, making caddy and dinner reservations amongst other things.

You will also have responsibility for loading and updating rate structures in our reservations system, as well as updating new images and content in our CMS.

If you have a passion for golf and travel with great communication skills and an eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Golf Experience isn't essential, however as golf is something you will be communicating about on a day to day basis, an interest would be valuable

This role will be part of a brand new team and as such, there will be great opportunities for progression and personal development as we continue to grow our team.

**Key General Responsibilities**:

- Checking availability and creating itineraries for clients
- Making reservations with suppliers, and ensuring correct invoicing of products
- Amending reservations, and adjusting costs within contracted terms
- Ensuring the completion of customer requests in accordance with the set SLA's
- Ensure compliance with all business operating procedures
- Inputting rates, and loading new images into our CMS, as well as updating product descriptions

**Requirements**:

- High School diplomas or educational equivalent
- Strong written, verbal and organizations skills with good follow through
- MS Office & Google Suites knowledge (Google Drive-docs, sheets, Gmail)
- Strong basic math skills
- Detail oriented and able to multi-task
- Golf & Travel knowledge a plus
- Customer Service and Administration experience a plus
