Caretaker for Airbnb Properties

We require a flexible part time care taker for serviced apartments in margate.

You will on average be working 5 hours a week, with working hours typically between 10:00am - 15:00pm

Your responsibilities will include.
- Ensuring Communal areas are kept too high standard.
- Stock Check and organisation of utilities cupboard.
- Laundry once a week.
- Supervising other cleaners
- May be required to do occasional Cleaning between stays.
- Prepared for odd call outs e.g. customer locked out.
- Maintenance experience is a huge bonus

You will need be able to commute around margate efficiently. Please do get in touch if this role sounds suitable.
