**Job Title: ITAM Associate/ Admin**

**Location: Stanlow, Tranmere, London & Thornton.**

**Competency requirements**:

- Good Knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) (L1).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (L2).
- Good knowledge of Computers, IT Assets, and Accessories (L1).
- Communication (L3).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of working on Computers.
- Should have knowledge of using Microsoft word and Excel.
- Good knowledge of HAM, and SAM lifecycle management preferred.
- Past experience in conducting Physical IT audits preferred.
- Well-versed with managing the EUC environment, day to day issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of working with a variety of internal customers.
- Should be ready to travel in case the situation demands.
- Keeps calm under pressure.
