**Salary**: £46,400+ dependent upon skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Performing the role of Deployment operations lead for the industry UK F35 service - responsible for supporting all activities associated with Contractors on Deployed Operations (CONDO) including:

- Securing internal and external approvals
- Management of pre, during and post deployment logistics and support
- Resolution and escalation of emerging issues during deployments
- Supporting the introduction of project change into the UK F35 support service; including completion of the mobilisation of a new contract and implementation of associated new service capabilities
- Managing the administration support service team for the contract
- management of time and attendance, hours and queries
- Coordination and support of support site visits
- Leading Business Continuity Management for the service and Marham base
- Ensure currency of business continuity plan and its effective implementation

**Your skills and experiences**:

- Understanding of a multi-stakeholder military environment
- Leadership and influencing skills
- Experience and knowledge in cross functional activities including Maintenance/Engineering/Training
- Degree/HND qualified, or equivalent experience and PM Qualification preferred
- Understanding and ideally experience of deployment processes in a military environment
- Understanding of approaches to business change (including Life Cycle Management)

**The Business Operations Team**:
The role sits within the wider Business Management team covering Project Management/Control, contract Dependency Management, Performance Management and Business Support activities. Specifically, this role will support in the delivery of the Contractor of Deployed Operations (CONDO) element of the contract as well as managing the implementation of business change and leading the Business Support team.
