**Job description**

We are excited to offer a position for a full-time **Dental Receptionist** at our private and specialist referral practice in Port Sunlight.

We are looking for an experienced individual, who **ideally has a dental background** to join our friendly team.

**Full-time hours**:40 hours across 5 days (which may include alternative Saturdays)

This post represents a great opportunity to work with a friendly and experienced team of professionals who have a fantastic reputation throughout Merseyside for specialist level care. In addition to caring for the local patients in the Wirral, our practice receives referrals from around 250 dentists in the region for complex and specialist treatment and we are incredibly proud of the reputation we have built.

**Ideal applicants will have**:

- You will have recent front of house Reception experience within a professional setting.
- You will be friendly, motivated and organised and have excellent communication skills
- An ability to strive to maintain high standards and can provide evidence of this.
- A warm and friendly personality to help create a welcoming environment for patients and visitors.
- An ability to work in collaboration with our team with administration relating to referrals and patient care.
- A drive to consistently deliver and improve the patient journey for every encounter

You will be provided with a full induction and training to allow you to effectively fulfil your duties.

You will shadow our current reception staff and work with experienced colleagues to ensure that your transition to our team is as smooth and straightforward as possible.

**Salary**: From £23,795.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Professional Receptionist / Front of house: 2 years (required)
