We are working in partnership with a fantastic global organisation in the facilities and logistics industry who are seeking an L&D Partner to join them on a permanent basis in a newly created role.
If you have extensive L&D experience as a true L&D Manager and you are looking for a change - this could be the role for you.
**What is the role**:
To successfully liaise with stake holders, implement learning and education programmes and enhance the training academy., Encompasses the design, delivery and evaluation of learning activities including, behavioural skills framework, leadership and management development, induction and mandatory training, as well as supporting our wider People strategy objectives and ED&I. You will also be able to liaise with stakeholders confidently and own the management of the Apprentice Levy account.
- Considerable experience as an L&D professional
- Confident in content creation ability including e-learning
- Resilient, self-lead and solution focussed
