- Have a minimum of two years' experience carrying out BREAAM assessments
- Have experience working with clients
- Be able to manage their workload effectively
- Have managed their own independent projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage, develop and support new and existing projects
- Deliver and support the co-ordination and completion of BREEAM In-Use Assessments
- Support clients in delivering BREEAM In-Use assessments and stakeholder engagement to drive sustainability improvements
- Provide sustainability expertise across the BREEAM service line including property management, occupier and landlord relations, and sector specific real estate markets.
