**The role**

**The difference our new FM Assistant will make**

As a FM Assistant you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Supporting the Site Supervisor and Support Supervisor as part of the multi-skilled team delivering a wide range of hard and soft FM support to Babcock properties. To assist the site supervisor, ensure that contracted services are delivered on time.

**Essential Experience**
- Ability to demonstrate a good level of communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Obtain or have the ability to obtain SC Clearance

**DESIRABLE**:

- Experience of UK FM Industry
- Experience of working within current FM legislation
- Experience of management of a Safe system of works at delivery level
- Proven track record of core services delivery across a wide range of activities.
- Experience of working in commercial environments
- Experience within the FM, CAFM or IT systems management.
- Good working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and FM practise.
- A willingness to support colleagues and provide support to other teams when required.
- The ability to contribute to FM related project across the Babcock Group
- Recognised qualification in any building service discipline.
