Qs/estimater

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled QS/Estimator to join our team. As a QS/Estimator, you will play a crucial role in cost control and estimating for our projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Analyze project requirements and specifications
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project budgets
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information for estimating purposes
- Review and analyze subcontractor quotes
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process
- Prepare reports and documentation related to cost control

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and materials

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
