Recruitment or Sales experience is ideal but not essential, if you are goal orientated, conscientious and eager to carve out a career in a thriving industry then the role of a Trainee Recruiter would be for you.
The role of a Trainee Recruiter is varied and demanding. From day one you will join our Training Academy for the duration of 2 weeks where you will receive industry leading training delivered by our experienced Learning and Development team.
**The Benefits**
- Base salary banding from £20,000 to £24,000 per year.

**The Role**
As a Trainee Recruiter, you will be sourcing the best talent in the Rail Industry
- You'll use a range of sales and marketing techniques to attract the best - including job adverts, LinkedIn content & building your own personal brand, Networking, sales calls & meetings.
- You will develop your own client base and become their go-to for business growth, helping them to reach their goals.
- You'll manage the entire recruitment process from initial screening calls to closing deals.
